Zest Italy Tours is a boutique destination management company and tour operator based in Rome, creating private, tailor-made journeys throughout Italy.

Since 2016, we have brought together local knowledge, thoughtful planning and a personal approach to travel. Our multilingual team works with private travelers, travel advisors and companies, designing experiences around the people taking part: their interests, their curiosity and the way they like to explore.

We begin by listening. Whether we are planning directly with you or supporting a travel advisor on behalf of a client, understanding those expectations shapes every choice we make.

Our work brings together the inspiration behind a journey and the practical details that make it flow. We arrange carefully selected accommodations, professional guides, priority admission where available, private transfers, and cars and vans at disposal. Restaurants, special requests and the connections between each stop receive the same attention.

For travel advisors, we are a local partner on the ground: a team who understands the brief, coordinates the arrangements and looks after clients throughout their time in Italy. For travelers, that means a personal point of contact and the reassurance of 24/7 assistance during their journey.

Our name comes from citrus zest: its vivid color, distinctive fragrance and the character it brings to a dish or a cocktail. It is a small detail with a lasting presence, familiar in Italian kitchens and closely connected to our landscapes.

That idea reflects the way we approach travel. The right guide, a place chosen with care, an experience that captures a child’s imagination or a local flavor discovered along the way can give a journey its own character.

Our logo brings together the letter Z and the arch, one of the most recognizable forms in Italian architecture. Its clean geometry expresses the understated elegance and attention to detail we bring to our work.

Its two colors share the same connection to Italy. Wine red recalls the vineyards that shape so much of the landscape. Light beige reflects the travertine of its columns and arches.
