Refunds, Cancellations and Amendments Policies

For tours cancelled between 30 and 15 days before 50% of the amount will be refunded.

ZEST ITALY TOURS Standard Policy charges no Cancellation Fee for tours cancelled with more than 30 days' notice. We operate a Full Refund Policy of the amount paid during the booking for cancellations made with 30 days’ minimum notice only on the booked services (for example private cars and licensed tour guides), except for the cost of pre-sale tickets which can't be reimbursed. For pre-sale tickets Zest reserves the right to retain a pre-sale deposit of 25%.

Specific motivation for cancellation should however in all cases be provided.

In order to offer the highest level of service even in case of cancellation by the customer ZEST ITALY TOURS will try to provide alternative solutions. ZEST ITALY TOURS will make every effort to accommodate your requests whenever possible
