The dining idea at Le Radiche extends beyond the mere act of eating to include an innovative and engaging culinary experience, as well as a thrilling sensory trip. A sophisticated tasting menu to discover new flavors and ingredients meticulously chosen to satisfy the most discerning palates and push the frontiers of gourmet inventiveness. Hidden among Rome's rolling hills, in the marvelous Veio Regional Park (Parco di Veio), the Home Restaurant arose from an ancient story of enthusiasm for the land and a love for fine food. Historically, this lush soil was dedicated to agriculture, carefully growing the earth's crops. The generations that followed have maintained the soil with dedication and affection, resulting in a rich agricultural culture that has been passed down over time. Every fruit, vegetable, and aromatic herb gathered with careful hands has become the crucial essence of the cuisine.

Over time, the idea of transforming this agricultural gem into a culinary bliss has evolved. The land's heritage has been combined with a passion for superb food to create a one-of-a-kind Home Restaurant.

The best destination for people looking for a refined and authentic gastronomic adventure. Delicious dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced directly from the farm. The two young chefs Paolo and Andrea, inspired by the richness of the area, create unique culinary works that delight the palate and awaken the senses. Each meal pays tribute to the history, passion, and dedication that have defined this restaurant since its beginnings.

Enjoy the warmth of hospitality, and immerse yourself in the farm's rustic and pleasant atmosphere. Taste the perfection of flavors that only history, tradition, and a passion for cooking can provide. Allow yourself to be transported back in time, when farming was an art form and meals were occasions to rejoice and celebrate.

The menu changes with the seasons because the products are all seasonal, fresh, and farm- to-table. Excellent wine pairing suggestions for the dishes.

The restaurant is located in Parco di Veio, a green lung between wildlife and archaeological beauty that stretches north of Rome between Via Flaminia and Via Cassia and includes the area of Agro Veientano. It is the fourth largest park in Lazio. The archaeological area of Veio, the church of the Madonna del Sordo, the Malborghetto monumental Roman arch built in honour of Emperor Constantine and the Villa of Livia ( the residence of Emperor Augustus' wife), are among the must-see sites. Not far from the regional park (about half an hour drive) the lakes of Martignano and Bracciano are definitely worth a visit. The Bracciano and Martignano Natural Park, covers the distinctive volcanic landscape of northern Lazio, including the provinces of Viterbo and Rome.
